Pet Care Team
Safety, enrichment, and happiness are the core elements of our pet care services, and they’re only made possible by our wonderful pet care team. From playtime to mealtimes, these team members are hands-on with the pets and tuned in to every tail wag. Our pet care roles are rewarding and perfect for someone who’s dependable, kind, and eager to learn (or already knows) dog body language, safe handling, and group play.
Guest/Client Services
We’re not just about amazing pet care—we’re also committed to amazing customer service. Our client services team guides families through every step of the process, answering questions, booking reservations, greeting guests, and supporting front desk activities. Strong communication skills, professional phone manners, and a warm, helpful attitude are necessary to thrive in these roles.
Dog Groomer
Our dog groomers help pets look and feel their absolute best. From haircuts and trims to baths and finishing touches, we do it all. If you’re an experienced groomer who values gentle handling and superior customer care, we’d love to connect and share more about our salon, equipment, and schedule.
Grooming Assistants
This important role helps keep our furry guests clean, fresh, and fabulous. Grooming assistants support the salon team with bathing, brushing, drying, nail care, and salon maintenance. No prior experience is necessary, but a love for dogs certainly is! A calm demeanor, attention to detail, and cooperative nature are essential.
Dog Trainer
We believe quality dog training is critical to the strongest bonds between pets and their people. Our dog trainers help pets build confidence, communication, and better behavior through positive and effective methods. This role works closely with both dogs and their humans, teaching skills that improve life at home and beyond.
